Ordering
Below are some of are common questions about ordering
⏰ What’s the order cut-off time?
Order by 11AM for same-day delivery, unless sold out sooner. You'll see delivery date options on the cart page.
💐 Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t left the studio yet, we’ll do our best to help. Just message us ASAP — once it’s out for delivery, we can’t make changes.
💌 Do you include a message card?
Yep! You can add a short note at checkout, and we’ll print it for you. Cute, right?
💬 Can I track my order?
Always. You’ll get live tracking once your posy’s on the move — see when it leaves our studio and when it lands at their door.

💸 How much is delivery?
Delivery is just $15 to all areas we cover, so there are no surprises at checkout.
📍 Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across the most popular Gold Coast suburbs — just pop the delivery post code in the top bar to double-check.
🌧️ What happens if no one’s home?
We’ll leave your flowers somewhere safe (out of the sun and weather) and send you a delivery photo.
⏱️ My delivery is taking longer than expected?
If your order’s running late, don’t stress — it’s probably just caught in traffic or the driver’s finishing another drop. Hit your tracking link for live updates, and they’ll be there before you know it. If you have concerns though, contact us live chat or email and we can look into it for you.

That’s not how it should be! Send us a pic within 24 hours and we’ll make it right — promise.
💐 Can I choose my flowers?
Not exactly — our posies change daily with what’s fresh and seasonal. Trust us, that’s how they stay looking amazing.
🎁 Do you deliver gifts too?
Sure do. Add treats, candles, or bundles right from the site — all delivered together with your posy.
