🕒 What time is delivery?
Our orders close at 11AM each day, we then pack out each driver and aim to have them on the road just after 12PM. Most deliveries are done by 4pm, but, sometimes it can extend until after 6PM if we have bad traffic or poor weather. These are all out of our control and can impact our delivery times. Your tracking link will show an accurate ETA based on all these factors.
🚚 Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yep! Order before 11AM and we’ll deliver your flowers the same day. It really is that simple.
Delivery times are live-tracked so you’ll know exactly when the flowers are arriving.
💐 Can I choose my flowers?
Not exactly — our posies change daily based on what’s fresh and seasonal. That’s how they always look amazing. Trust the process — customers love letting us choose the best of the day.
🎁 Do you deliver gifts too?
Sure do. Add treats, candles, or bundles right from the site — all delivered together with your posy.
💬 Can I track my order?
Always. You’ll get live tracking once your posy’s on the move — see when it leaves our studio and when it lands at their door. Customers rave about our order tracking and knowing when to expect delivery, and when it has been delivered. Plus, with notes and photos, you know exactly where it is if we need to leave it in a safe place.
